Nose of red and black fruits such as cherries, cassis, plums and blackberries, integrated with aromas of barrel maturation such as vanilla, tobacco and chocolate. Silky on the palate, good structure, with a marked presence of red fruits, pleasant and sweet tannins.

Food pairing: Beef, lamb, pork, poultry, mushrooms, and blue cheese. It's also a good choice for grilled steaks, hearty pastas, and aged cheeses.

Made from selected grapes in high altitude vineyards, with very low yields; Aged for more than 10 months in French oak barrels. Wine that combines aromas of ripe red fruits and spices with silky tannins that leave a pleasant memory in the mouth.
