A beautifully balanced blend of two classic varietal partners; giving it fresh red berries, plum and mint flavour. It is ideal for drinking now.
Slow-cooked beef cheeks or barbequed lamb.
Named in honour of George Wyndham, who planted Australia’s first commercial shiraz vineyard in 1830 at Dalwood in the Hunter Valley. Originally Dalwood Wines until 1970, then Wyndham Estate (’70–2015), the wines were renamed George Wyndham in ’15. The Bin range, led by Bin 555 Shiraz, often represents good value for money.
