A sustained color, aromas of a beautiful freshness that evoke black fruits, toast, liquorice. The creamy palate is underlined by silky tannins. The finish is superbly scented with a sweet fruitiness.
Enjoy with grilled steaks, chops, or stews, as well as mature hard cheeses like Gouda, Parmesan, or Cheddar.
All the knowledge of Sarah and Bruno is rooted in long family
traditions dating back to 1822, when the first vines were planted at the Château, in the heart of one of the world’s first wine-producing regions… Since 1999, Sarah and Bruno have worked to bring together the AOC Bordeaux red estate, inherited from their grandfather, with the AOC Montagne Saint Emilion estate. In 2002, the family business was taken over, and in 2008 a SCEA was created to increase the surface area to 40 hectares in the Montagne Saint Emilion, Lussac Saint Emilion, Saint Emilion/St Emilion Grand Cru and Bordeaux/Bordeaux Supérieur appellations.
